Christmas Eve Trading

Europe is closed on December 24, why does the US have to trade on December 24 for 1/2 a day ahead the biggest holiday of the year?  It seems unnecessary, but I don't make up the rules.  I will probably not be clocking in tomorrow, anyway.  Its a sleepy market and I see no edge.  Unless something crazy happens, I'll be taking a 4 day weekend.  Merry Christmas!

Thanks. Merry Christmas DAWG! Yeah, I'd love to be there instead of freezing myself over here, but this is where the action is....

2009 wasn't a good year for me but it was solid experience. After 2007 and 2008, I thought I was invincible. I had to deal with my trading flaws like never before. Trading is a humbling game.

Hope you hit it big in 2010 and become one of the players. Life is too short to be poor.

Sucks being poor dawg. Actually its the IRS and the LA superior court that are making me poor. IRS will also want 25% of my trading gains. Gotta get rich or die trying dawg

Why on earth did Japan trade Christmas day ???

Japan doesn't celebrate Christmas as a national holiday. Not many Christians there.

Do the Japanese believe they are their own God? They have an interesting religious methodology.
